Terms of Service

Last updated September 25, 2026. PODease is operated by Shane Decker, doing business as Decker Innovative Services Consulting ("DISC", "we", "us"), a registered Ohio trade name based in Columbus, Ohio.

These terms cover your use of PODease at podease.app. Using the service means you accept them.

What PODease does

PODease prepares print ready files from artwork you upload, checks each placement against the print area a provider actually uses, creates products through your connected print on demand account, and helps you publish and promote them. It is a tool that acts on your instructions and inside your own connected accounts.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you had in the artwork and designs you upload. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service for you: to store your files, process and render them, and transmit them to the services you have connected, such as your print on demand account or your storefront. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not upload artwork you do not have permission to use, and do not use PODease to produce material that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.

Acceptable use

Do not use PODease to break the law, to infringe intellectual property, to produce hateful or harassing material, or to attack the service or its other users. We may suspend an account that does.

Connected services

PODease works alongside services you connect, including Printify and, through it, storefronts such as Shopify or Etsy, plus any voice or social platform you choose to connect. Those services have their own terms, their own pricing, and their own uptime. We are not responsible for their behavior, their outages, or changes they make to their APIs, and connecting them is your decision.

Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Where a free trial is offered, the terms shown at signup govern it. Founding prices, where offered, hold for the period stated at the time you claimed one.

If a charge is genuinely our error, tell us and we will refund it.

What we promise, and what we do not

PODease checks placements against the print area data available for each provider and reports what it finds, including where a print area is a documented value rather than one confirmed live. That check is a real safeguard, and it is not a guarantee: printing is physical, providers change their specifications, and final responsibility for approving a product before it goes on sale is yours.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the maximum extent the law allows, DISC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending it

You can stop using PODease and delete your account at any time; see podease.app/data-deletion. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service, and if we discontinue it we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
